About
About us and what makes us different
Our properties have all been personally sourced and curated, and are all privately owned, run and maintained by the Page family. The accommodation is managed on a day-to-day basis by daughter, Becky. Herself, an ex alumni of Roehampton University.
Becky’s role is diverse and encompasses the following:-
Client’s main contact point from initially conducting property inspection visits for students and parents, to addressing and dealing with any issues or queries at all times throughout an individuals’ tenancy.
She controls all data, being responsible for the confidential information held about our students as well as keeping up-to-date with and implementing current and new tenancy legislation.
She has a good working relationship with all our clients as well as Roehampton University Accommodation Office and, as part of her responsibilities, attends all their Landlord meetings.
She is a mother to two daughters which gives her invaluable insight when working with students and assisting and advising them.
Luke Harrison is our very gifted maintenance man and the first point of call for any maintenance and/or safety issues. He is also in charge of general refurbishment and upgrades. He liaises with other certified, trusted, qualified contractors as and when necessary.
He and his partner Paula have two daughters and live locally.
I am Robert Page, and have been providing specialist student accommodation in Roehampton for over 20 years. As the business has expanded it continues to be overseen by me and I am always available if needs be and more than happy to help.
As a parent and Grandparent myself, I totally understand the need for parents to feel comfortable that their youngsters, many of whom are away from home for the first time, are residing in high quality homes with a reliable family in the background who are on hand for them if needs be.
Our history speaks for itself, the majority of our students have remained in our accommodation for the duration of their studies. And our testimonial page makes for delightful reading.
